OLCI is the Primary Training Partner of NICEIC
NICEIC is the UK electrical contracting industry’s independent voluntary body with over 25,000 registered contractors*. NICEIC Training is now working in partnership with OLCI Construction Training. This enables electrical contractors enrolled on NICEIC suite of courses to attend OLCI’s state-of-the-art training centres for theirin-centre training and assessments.
NICEIC, whose strapline is ‘The home of electrical contracting excellence’, understandably looked for a training partner with equally high standards to whom they felt they could entrust the training of their members. In making the appointment, NICEIC Training took into account the quality of our UK-wide centres, the overall strength of our training and the experience and knowledge of our tutors.

Through the partnership with OLCI, Senate Electrical account holders can enjoy the comprehensive range of benefits that come from training at OLCI.
Vokèra
OLCI has partnered with Vokèra, a leading heating products and boiler manufacturer. Vokèra is committed to both high quality training and energy efficient technology, and wanted to help train and inspire the plumbers, and gas engineers and installers of tomorrow.State-of-the-art Vokèra appliances have been installed at OLCI’s 13 nationwide training centres, enabling learners to train on high efficiency boilers.
In addition, Vokèra has opened up its ‘affinity’ support and reward programme to OLCI learners. This loyalty programme provides points for purchases of Vokèra boilers and renewable products and information on the latest product and industry news.
Riomay
Riomay partnered OLCI because they wanted to encourage more people to become qualified to perform solar thermal installations. Riomay is the organisation that produces the Ecotube solar hot water system. Partnering OLCI, with our extensive range of renewable energy courses, was therefore the natural choice.
Riomay developed a special offer which encouraged people to enrol on the OLCI Solar Thermal course, as well as encouraging them to install Ecotube solar thermal kits after they qualify.

Apollo
Apollo Group is one of the country’s largest and fastest growing property services companies operating in the social housing, education and public buildings sectors1 .They wanted to train their contractors for retrofit jobs throughout the UK and so they contacted OLCI. With our UK-wide training centres we could provide them with an easy to manage solution which allowed their contractors to become multi-skilled retrofit engineers.
Professional Footballers’ Association (The PFA)
The PFA support professional footballers from all levels. Their advice can help players make a smooth transition into a new job when their playing careers end.By teaming up with OLCI, the PFA was able to offer players a trade skills programme which helped footballers prepare for their future. During the programme, players gained useful practical skills in the trades and a number of players are now looking to move on to a City & Guilds NVQ.
