Learners give their feedback, opinions and OLCI reviews
We wanted the people who matter most – our learners – to give us their OLCI reviews and opinions.
By conducting a survey* of our learners we were able to identify what we do right, and any areas where we might improve. Learners were asked to give their OLCI reviews on a broad range of subjects including training, tutors and centres. The results should give you an idea of what training with OLCI is really like.
Why learners train with OLCI
Over 99% of learners found it helpful that training with OLCI can lead to industry recognised qualifications. By training for the right qualifications, learners can become qualified in their chosen trade, enabling them to set up their own business or work for a company.
OLCI reviews – the tutors
Tutors are very important to the quality of training that a learner receives so we asked those who had attended our practical training what they thought of their tutors. The results showed:
Over 99% of learners rated their tutors from Excellent to Good.
Over 99% of learners said their tutors were Knowledgeable.
Over 99% of learners said their tutors were Professional.
OLCI reviews – the training centres
Thanks to 13 centres located throughout the UK, learners travelled for an average of less than 75 minutes to their OLCI training centre. These relatively short journey times mean that attending practical workshops and assessments needn’t involve long, costly travel or spending nights away from home.
