Professional Footballers’ Association
The PFA support professional footballers from all levels. Their advice can help players make a smooth transition into a new job when their playing careers end.By teaming up with OLCI, the PFA was able to offer players a trade skills programme which helped footballers prepare for their future. During the programme, players gained useful practical skills in the trades and a number of players are now looking to move on to a City & Guilds NVQ.

Royal British Legion
The Royal British Legion provides welfare to the whole Armed Forces family - serving, ex-service and their dependants1 .We successfully delivered bespoke plumbing courses to RBL engineers. In addition, we have also trained their engineers on our Domestic Electrical Installer course and Solar Photovoltaic course. We are working alongside the Royal British Legion to develop further bespoke training specific to the needs of their organisation and their engineers.
Merlin Entertainments (London Eye)
The London Eye is an iconic structure in Central London which has been open for over 10 years.Merlin Entertainments, the company which own the London Eye, use OLCI to train engineers for their Electrotechnical NVQ Level 3 Certificate.
Wrekin Housing Trust
The Wrekin Housing Trust is one of the largest social landlords in the Midlands with thousands of houses, flats and apartments to rent across the Telford and Newport area.2They chose OLCI to deliver ACS training and assessments for their gas engineers. They also asked us to create a bespoke course on boiler wiring for their engineers.
Mitie
Mitie provide facilities, property and asset management for some of the biggest public and private sector businesses3 .When they wanted to train some of their engineers on the BPEC Water Regulations course, they decided that they should train with OLCI.
Westville Insulation
Westville Insulation focuses on the retrofit cavity wall insulation market using mineral fibre4 . It is very much a family business employing local people.Several members of the Westville Insulation team attended their local OLCI centre for a bespoke training session on installing solar panels to roofs. Since then, more Westville Insulation engineers have attended our Solar Photovoltaic course.
Denton & Nickels
Denton & Nickels offer and deliver a wide range of high quality maintenance and installation services in domestic, non domestic, new build and commercial premises including gas, oil and renewable source heating systems, electrical rewires and Upvc window installations5 .We successfully delivered a Legionella course at OLCI for several Denton & Nickels engineers.
Youthbuild Edinburgh
Youthbuild Edinburgh is a good cause project designed to help young adults from disadvantaged backgrounds learn some valuable construction skills.
