We aim to deliver the highest quality service and want you to get the most from your training. If you have any questions or suggestions, need advice or extra support, or you’d like to give feedback, then you can contact the following teams during your training.
If you have questions about or need advice on your practical training:
Our practical training tutors can help you during your workshops and assessments. They combine experience on the tools as well as in tutoring, and are knowledgeable on current industry practice, tools and equipment.

If you have any questions about your theory training then you can simply contact one of our theory tutors. They are available by phone, email, post or fax should you have any questions or need help.
For general queries or feedback, or OLCI complaints please contact our dedicated Student Support team:
Our dedicated Student Support team provide you with office support and are there to help you with any OLCI complaints or questions you may have. Equally, you can contact them when you book your practical workshops or assessments. They can be contacted by phone, email, post or fax. If they cannot help you themselves, they will do all they can to point you in the right direction.
